Mixed Lettuce Shreds

Wash the lettuce and cut into filaments; chop garlic into mince

Put the chopped lettuce into boiling water and pick it up immediately
3.
Put the removed shredded lettuce in cold water, remove and drain for later use
4.
Put the drained shredded lettuce into a bowl, add minced garlic, rice vinegar, and XO sauce
5.
Stir evenly

Tips:
A brief exposure to cold water will make the shredded lettuce more crispy.
