Mixed Vegetables and Sheep Heart Slices

Wash the sheep's heart.

Cut the lamb heart in half and boil it in water for 20 minutes, remove it and let it dry.

Slice about 5mm thick, not too thin, mix well with scallions and a teaspoon of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Carrot slices, I cut them into flower shapes, this can be cut at will. Cut the sharp pepper into triangles.

Heat oil in a wok, add lamb's heart slices and stir fry until the surface of the heart slices is slightly burnt and ready for use.

Reheat a spoonful of oil in the wok, add hot peppers and fry to remove the spiciness.

Add the carrots and fry until soft.

Pour in the fried lamb's heart slices.

Add some oyster sauce and salt.

Finally, add cumin powder and sesame seeds.
Tips:
When cooking the lamb heart, put a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. After the water is boiled, cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
