We usually eat yam by steaming it, stewing it in soup, or stir-frying it. But how many people have tried raw food? The first time I ate raw yam in a vegetarian restaurant, there was crushed ice under the plate, and green leaves on the top of the ice to support the yam shreds, and pour the yam on top of the ice. There is only one mouthful for one person. The crispy feeling in the mouth is refreshing and sweet. Yes, there is a slight mucus of yam, which feels very strange.

Mixed Yam Shreds

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Soak the lettuce in light salt water in advance and set aside.

3. Peel the yam (remember to wear gloves to prevent skin allergies)

4. After washing the peeled yam, wipe it into silk with a wiper.

5. After the water is boiled, add the yam, and then remove it when the water boils slightly.

6. Throw the yam shreds into cold boiling water (ice water is best), and remove it after chilling.

7. Prepare red wine vinegar, oil chili, sugar, light soy sauce. Put two spoons of vinegar, one spoon of chili pepper, half a spoon of sugar, and one spoon of light soy sauce to taste (please adjust this according to your own taste)

8. Put the cleaned lettuce on the plate, then put the shredded yam, and finally pour in the juice.

9. You can also hold lettuce in your hand, add shredded yam, drizzle cooking wine with a spoon, and serve with one or two small grains of millet spicy.

Tips:

Vinegar and chili oil can be replaced by the usual ones, but please adjust the amount according to your own taste.
