Mixed Yogurt

All materials are ready.
Pour the linseed oil into the yogurt and mix well. Until no oil is visible at all.

Tips:
1. Each drop of linseed oil is rich in α-linolenic acid, the content of which is as high as 54%-65%. It is the best choice for cooking and supplementing linolenic acid.
2. Gelinuoer organic linseed oil is pressed at low temperature, which is very healthy and safe, suitable for cold dressing. You can add about 15g a day.
3. It can also be eaten with commercially available yogurt, but because of the high sweetness of commercially available yogurt, honey is unnecessary.
