Monkey Bread

Put milk, confectioner's sugar, salt, high-gluten flour, vanilla extract, and yeast into the bread machine in order, and put the salt and sugar diagonally. Start the bread machine dough program, add melted butter when it works for 20 minutes, the working time of the bread machine dough dough is about 1.5 hours.

Prepare auxiliary materials, including granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon powder.

Mix the above-mentioned auxiliary materials well and heat, stir again, and set aside after cooling slightly.

When the dough has doubled in size, take it out and roll it into pieces to vent. Then make several small doughs, each 9-13 grams, rounded and set aside.

Take an 8-inch hollow cake mold and paint the surface with oil. Dip each small dough in the auxiliary material mixture, then place it in the mold, brush a layer of auxiliary material mixture after placing a layer, and then sprinkle some dried fruit.

Then put a layer of dough dipped in auxiliary materials, and then brush with a layer of auxiliary materials. Until all placed into the mold.

Put it in the oven and start the fermentation process. After 30-40 minutes, take out the mold when the dough is nine minutes full.

Tips:
This recipe may use an 8-inch hollow mold to weigh a little more, and you can make a small bread depending on the situation. The color of brown sugar is very important. If you like dark colors, use dark brown sugar, otherwise use light colors. I'll introduce another method next time, and use another mold at the same time, and look forward to a different effect.
