Although it is the first time to make moon cakes, it is not difficult to make moon cakes because of the experience in making egg yolk crisps. The ratio is correct and the baking time is important. Basically, novices can also succeed. I did it without waiting for the oil to return, so I took a picture, because I was thinking about packing and sending it to my family and friends. It was close to dark and the light was not very good, so it looked bad, but the taste was very good.

Mooncake with Lotus Seed Paste and Egg Yolk

1. Mix liquid soap and syrup and stir well

2. Add corn oil in portions and mix well

5. Wrap it in plastic wrap and relax for an hour

7. Put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes and take it out

Tips:

Because my family doesn’t like egg yolks, I used half a pill

Do not brush the egg mixture too late, otherwise the lines will not be clear after baking

This piece of mine was just baked, and the finished product will be more moisturized if it is returned to the oil for 2 days
