More Than Every Year

1. Prepare ingredients: side fish, coriander, green onions, ginger, etc.;

2. Wash the side fish, cut into pieces from the belly, and remove the internal organs;

3. Feel salt, soy sauce, stuffed green onion, shredded ginger, and coriander root in the belly. Top with oil, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, sesame oil, and marinate for 10 minutes;

4. Put clean water into the steaming rack and boil;

5. Put in the marinated fish and steam for 8 minutes; PS: In order to look good and nutritious, you can sprinkle a little carrot and steam it with scallions.

6. After steaming, simmer for 3 minutes;

7. Sprinkle with green onions and coriander.

Tips:

1. The washed fish should be marinated for 10-15 minutes;
2. Put the fish after the water is boiled;
3. The fish is steamed for 8 minutes and simmered for 3 minutes;
4. The time should not be too long, the fish will grow old.
