Morel Stewed Duck Soup

Rinse the morels with clean water and soak them in pure water

Blanch the duck

Take the stew cup, put the duck, morels, and ginger slices in

Remove the sediment from the morel soaking water and pour it into the stew cup. If the water is not enough, add some pure water to 80% full

Put it in the stewing pot, cover and simmer for 3 hours

Time is up, adjust a little salt and it will be fine
