Mori Mango Naked Cake

The first step in making the cake embryo: Put the egg white and egg yolk in two bowls. Beat the egg whites first, add 20g of white sugar in three times. The first time you add white sugar is when the white bubbles make large bubbles, the second time is when the white bubbles become small bubbles, and the third time when the white bubbles make lines, add white sugar, and then change to high speed. The egg whites are thickened.

The second step of making the cake embryo: beat the egg yolks, add 50g of sugar, beat until the egg yolks turn white, then add salad oil and milk and beat well.

The third step of making the cake embryo: pass the cake flour over the net, add the beaten egg yolk, stir evenly, then add one third of the egg white and stir evenly, finally add the remaining egg white, and stir until there are no egg white particles.
