Moss Peanuts
1.
This is a moss stick I bought from the supermarket, it is already relatively dry
2.
Put it directly into the wok and start to fry
3.
Slowly separate the moss strips
4.
Just fry into powder
5.
Put a little peanut oil in the pot
6.
Put the dried peanuts in the pan with cold oil
7.
Stir-fry slowly with a small fire, constantly turning
8.
It's almost cooked by the time of the crackling, come out to drain the oil
9.
There is a little oil left in the pot, put the peanuts in again
10.
Put in the salt
11.
Finally, add the fried moss strips and stir evenly.
Tips:
The peanuts in the cold oil pan are easier to fry without the appearance of externally cooked and internally cooked peanuts!
