After washing the red beans, add an appropriate amount of water to soak for more than three hours. It can also be stored in the refrigerator overnight if it is hot.

Remove the soaked red beans, add two bowls of water and red beans to the rice cooker again, and cook the rice for about 40 minutes.

The soup becomes thicker and the red beans bloom before adding the rice cakes

I use my fingers to dice the rice cake, you can not dice or use rice cake slices

Add the red bean soup and cook for 8-10 minutes

Tips:
Soak the red beans overnight. It is recommended to put them in the refrigerator in hot weather^_^
To cook red beans, I use the cooking button of an ordinary rice cooker. You can also use the pressure cooker to cook faster (about 15-20 minutes) until the beans are out of the sand and bloom. The excess bean soup can be chilled with some sugar or salt and honey as a drink.
