Scoop three spoons of Guiling paste powder about 30 grams, and put them in a bowl.

Add an appropriate amount of cold water and stir to form a paste.

Then rinse with water (the ratio of powder to water is 1 to 20 to 25 times), and stir while flushing.

Pour into the pot and sieve to make the taste more delicate.

Bring to a boil on low heat and stir while boiling.

After cooking, pour out to cool, and serve as a paste. Keep it in the refrigerator for better taste.

Add in the lily and barley cooked in advance, the black and white color is more attractive!

Pour in the right amount of condensed milk to taste and you can start eating~
Tips:
1. When mixing the Guiling paste powder into a paste, let it stand for a while for better mixing, so as to minimize the bumps in the paste.
2. When cooking the Guiling paste, I saw that the color became darker and bubbles started to bubble in the pot. I took a spoon and fell from a higher place. If it looks like noodles, it slowly floats down, it proves ok.
3. When eating, you can pour honey in according to personal preference, or add yogurt, condensed milk or mix with other fruits.
