[mother Komori Recipe] Men’s Nourishing-stewed Lamb with Cistanche and Morinda

Prepare the materials.

Wash the Cistanche and Morinda officinalis for later use. Add longan, tangerine peel, and ginger slices to the stewing pot.
3.
Blanch lamb, lean meat, and chicken feet.
4.
Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Simmer for 3 hours and season with salt.
Tips:
1. Do not cook the herbal soup in an iron pot.
2. People with weak stomach and loose stools and yin deficiency and fire should not eat Cistanche.
3. It is not recommended to take Morinda citrifolia for people with strong heart, weak body and easy to get angry.
