[mother Komori Recipe] Nourishing Velvet Antler Stewed Lean Meat

Prepare the materials.

Boil a pot of hot water, add ginger slices, add lean meat, and blanch it for later use.

Dip the antler slightly.
4.
Put the blanched lean meat into the stew pot.
5.
Put in the processed velvet antler, add appropriate amount of water, (add more lean broth to make it richer, don't need to add too much water) and simmer for 2 hours at the setting.

Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and drink.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to start with a small amount of deer antler and increase slowly. It is not recommended to take a large amount at the beginning.
2. People with yin deficiency and fire, people with internal heat, blood heat, and colds and fevers are not suitable to take velvet antler.
Although deer antler is good, there are many contraindications for taking it, it is best to take it under the guidance of a doctor.
3. Do not drink tea or eat raw, cold and spicy food while taking deer antler.
