[mother Komori Recipe] Stewed Teal with Lingzhi Cordyceps Flower

Prepare the required materials. (Because I use a small stew pot, and I don’t use a lot of Lingzhi, I didn’t cut it)

Blanch the duck meat for later use.

Diao-flavored lean meat is also blanched to remove blood.

Ganoderma lucidum, Cordyceps flower, and Chinese wolfberry are slightly soaked. (Mama Sen mentioned before that in order to maintain the nutrition of the Cordyceps flower, try not to soak in water. The wolfberry does not need to be soaked in water, but I am afraid that some friends will not accept it. Let's take a little dip here, hahaha!)

After the ingredients are ready, start to stew the soup~ Put in the Lingzhi first, it will taste better.

Add duck and lean meat.

Finally, cover the surface with cordyceps flowers and wolfberry, cover and simmer for 2 hours.

Delicious soup, you can drink it~ There is not a lot of Ganoderma lucidum, and the taste will not be very bitter. All the friends who have tasted gave me a compliment~
Tips:
1. It is not suitable to take Ganoderma lucidum if it is before the operation or within a week after the operation, or the patient is bleeding.
2. Pregnant women can drink it in moderation, and avoid excessive fetal fever and cause irritation, because everyone's physique is different. If you are not sure whether you can take Ganoderma lucidum soup, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
3. Don't put too much Ganoderma lucidum stew, the soup will be bitter if you put too much.
