Ingredients

1. Prepare all materials.
As an old saying goes, donkey-hide gelatin suggests that you choose a better one.

2. The four medicinal materials of Chuanxiong, Codonopsis, Astragalus and Angelica were soaked separately and put into the pot.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water (about three bowls) to the pot and cook for half an hour.

4. Break the donkey-hide gelatin (I chop it into small pieces, it will be easier to dissolve in the powder).
