Many women will have cold hands and feet in winter, and they will feel uncomfortable when they go to bed at night. Because women are originally feminine physiques, they are prone to yin deficiency, so in winter not only need to keep warm outside, but more importantly, heat up from the inside!
Recommend a Siwu soup to everyone. This is evolved from the "Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang" in the Song Dynasty. It has been passed down for a long time in later generations, and it has also developed branches such as Jiazao Siwu Soup and Taohong Siwu Soup.
I myself have been drinking this soup in winter, and I feel a warmth from my pubic field, and my limbs are comfortable! The hands and feet are no longer cold and uncomfortable!
