Motherwort Egg Soup
1.
The eggs are cleaned. I use the native eggs brought back from the country. Haha, a few red dates, and some goji berries, lilies, etc., according to my preference.
2.
Put a few drops of vinegar into the egg pan under cold water so that it will not break easily. It will be ok in about seven or eight minutes
3.
The motherwort and Morus sylvestris that have been bought are dusted with clean water and put into gauze. Many people don’t know where the gauze is sold. They are available in pharmacies. Buy them and cut them by yourself.
4.
Cut a long strip of cloth with extra gauze and tie it tightly. Remember, it must be tied tightly, otherwise it will be troublesome if it is cooked halfway and scattered.
5.
Put the boiled eggs, the wrapped medicine packet, and the washed red dates in a pot of clear water, boil on high heat and change to low heat for about half an hour
6.
Put in the right amount of brown sugar, and it depends on your taste. .
7.
After two minutes of simmering, you can get the soup out of the pot. .
