Muddy Soup Noodles
1.
Cut a little green onion and wash the greens. I use rapeseed. I use the back of a knife to pat the stems apart so that they can taste better after cooking. It is still good to eat more greens.
2.
Warm the oil on a low heat, wait for the oil to open, add the chopped green onion and sauté. Be sure to have a low fire, the hot pot will make the pot go up with the green onion.
3.
After the chopped green onion is saute, add 600ml of water, about a large bowl, and fill the bowl with the remaining noodles. Put an egg in cold water. This kind of egg is formed. Those who like egg drop can put the egg when the noodles are getting better.
4.
I made it for one person. I add as much noodles as I can. Cook for about two minutes and then add vegetables
5.
Add green vegetables and wait for the water to boil.
6.
When the noodles are boiled, put soy sauce in. I made a thick spoonful of soy sauce without adding salt to the muddy noodle soup. Soy sauce must wait for the water to boil, add it when the noodles are better, or if there is no froth. After the pot is turned on, turn to a low heat, the high fire will produce egg froth.
7.
The noodles are ready, add some dried shrimps or dried shrimp skins, let's eat!
