Mug Brownies

Sprinkle chopped chocolate on top of the batter. This chocolate can be left alone, I prefer to add it because it feels that the taste will be stronger.

Then put it in the microwave oven and bite it. First, turn for 30 seconds, make sure that the temperature is not too high to cause the brownie to burst, and then pause for confirmation every time it turns for 10 seconds. The whole process is about 60 seconds.

First mix the dry ingredients: low-gluten flour, cocoa powder, and sugar and mix well.

Then add the melted butter (the olive oil that we don’t have butter at home) and milk.
