Mugwort Pancakes

Prepare wormwood, flour, ginger, peanut oil and other ingredients; choose fresh and tender wormwood, and old leaves can be used in the sun;

Boil clean water, add the washed mugwort leaf to blanch;

Remove and drain the water, put the ginger into a food processor and break it. Wash the ginger and cut it into a small piece, which is easy to break;

Flip the other side and continue to fry until golden. PS: You can turn it back and forth several times to make the frying more even.
Tips:
1. You have to choose the tender part of mugwort to eat;
2. For those who like to eat salty, change the white sugar to salt.
