Mung Bean and Snow Fungus Syrup
1.
Soak the snow fungus and wolfberry for later use. (Remember to remove the yellow part when handling snow fungus, and then cut it finely)
2.
I'm making mung beans first, because I don't like sticky things.
3.
Put the Chinese wolfberry and snow fungus down when the mung beans start to turn sand.
4.
Let it boil for another half an hour, I personally like how rotten the mung beans are, and finally put rock candy.
