Mung Bean Dumplings

Prepare materials, soak cotton thread, zong leaves, glutinous rice, and mung beans for half a day

Put the soaked zong leaves in a pot and cook for 5 minutes

Mix the soaked glutinous rice and mung beans together

Cut off the pointed end of the zongye

Fold the zong leaves into a cone shape

Put in a little glutinous rice and compact it with chopsticks (not easy to leak rice)

Fill the glutinous rice

Fold the leaves on both sides in the middle
9.
Cover the zong leaves above, and then wrap the whole zongzi with the covered zong leaves

Just wrap it tightly with cotton thread

Follow this method to wrap all the rice dumplings

After wrapping, put it in water and soak for 1 hour
13.
Put it in a rice cooker and cook for 3 hours.
