Mung Bean Gnocchi

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the mung beans and add an appropriate amount of water to the pot to boil.

Taro peeled, washed, sliced and steamed in a pot

Mix the steamed taro into a puree

Add glutinous rice flour to taro puree, add proper amount of boiling water, and form a dough

Roll into a ball

Add the glutinous rice balls after the mung beans are boiled

See the glutinous rice balls floating, add sugar and cook for 1 minute

Stir evenly
