Mung Bean Gnocchi

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the mung beans and add an appropriate amount of water to the pot to boil.

3. Taro peeled, washed, sliced and steamed in a pot

4. Mix the steamed taro into a puree

5. Add glutinous rice flour to taro puree, add proper amount of boiling water, and form a dough

6. Roll into a ball

7. Add the glutinous rice balls after the mung beans are boiled

8. See the glutinous rice balls floating, add sugar and cook for 1 minute

9. Stir evenly

10. Fill the bowl and start eating!

Tips:

The amount of sugar is according to personal preference.
