Mung Bean Kelp Syrup

Wash the mung beans and soak the dried seaweed until soft.

Cut the kelp into shredded kelp.
3.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, pour the shredded kelp into the pot and cook.
4.
Pour the mung beans into the pot.
5.
Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes on medium-low heat.
6.
Add rock sugar and cook for 10 minutes
Tips:
The cooking time depends on the amount of ingredients, and it is mainly cooked until the mung beans bloom and the kelp becomes soft. Don't cook for too long, the mung beans will cook out if you cook for too long, otherwise only the mung bean skin will be left, which will affect the taste.
