Mung Bean Lily Lotus Seed Soup

Preparation of main raw materials. (Two kinds of mung beans are used, one is peeled mung beans)

Mung beans, barley, wash and soak in water for 30 minutes.

After washing lily and lotus seeds, soak in water for 1 hour.

Soak the mung beans and barley, pour it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, and add filtered water.

Put it into the electric pressure cooker and select the porridge cooking program.

Press and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the soaked lily and lotus seeds after releasing the pressure.

Choose the porridge program again.

After the program is over, let's see if the soup is ready.

When the soup is warm and cool, add sugar to taste, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
1: Mung beans are especially easy to boil and become soft after soaking.
2: People with weak and cold constitution, don't drink mung bean soup every day.
3: If you like to drink the original flavor, don't add sugar.
