Mung Bean Lily Soup

Wash the mung beans and soak for 2 hours.

Pour the mung beans + the water for soaking the mung beans into the container, and then add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.

Add the lily and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
