Mung Bean Noodle Meatballs
1.
Cut the white radish into slices about 3 mm, then shred
2.
Then finely chop
3.
Put the diced radish in a basin, add ginger, salt and five-spice powder and mix well
4.
Beat in an egg
5.
Add mung bean flour
6.
Mix well. The amount of mung bean noodles varies according to the water content of the radish. Mix it into a thick paste, which can form a dough. Water will be detected after adding salt to the radish, so there is no need to add water.
7.
Dumplings into meatballs, 50% hot oil and deep-fried
8.
The fried meatballs are delicious when eaten directly. I must like the meatball soup made with it
