Mung Bean Paste Syrup
1.
Wash the mung beans with water. There is no sand in the supermarket. You must clean up the sand when you buy it outside.
2.
Put water in the electric pressure cooker and put in the clean mung beans. Directly for 30 minutes.
3.
After half an hour, boil the pot, put in rock sugar, continue to cover the lid, and simmer for an hour.
4.
The thick version of mung bean paste with syrup is out of the pot. The mung bean husk that affects the taste is completely invisible. It is powdery and delicious.
Tips:
To cook mung bean paste, the ratio of mung beans must be twice that of the usual mung bean soup to make a "sandy" feeling. Adding ice cubes or iced in advance is more suitable for summer.
