Mung Bean Pops

1. Ingredients: mung beans (soaked 5 hours in advance) glutinous rice flour, water, sugar.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. Pour 1200 ml of water in the pressure cooker.

4. Add the soaked mung beans.

5. Bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat.

6. Next, add sugar.

7. Stir until the sugar melts.

8. Then, add glutinous rice flour water.

9. Stir until thick and turn off the heat and let cool.

10. Finally, pour the cold mung bean paste into the popsicle mold.

11. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours before it can be demoulded and eaten.
