Mung Bean Popsicles

Soak mung beans for one day. Boil the soaked mung beans in cold water and bring them to the boil.

Change to medium heat and continue cooking.

Until the mung beans bloom, add sugar.

Turn off the heat after the sugar has melted. Put 1/4 of the cooked mung beans in the mold.
5.
Pour half of the milk and half of the mung bean water.
6.
Pour milk and mung bean water into the mold.
7.
Close the lid. Freeze in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
8.
Rinse the mold with tap water when eating, it is better to demold.
