Mung Bean Porridge
1.
Put mung beans in a bowl and soak in water for an hour. Soak the rice and millet in a bowl with water.
2.
Mung beans, rice and millet are taken out with water and poured into a rice cooker to cook.
3.
The rock sugar is relatively large, so when the mung bean porridge is half cooked, you can put it in and cook it together.
4.
Cook until the mung bean porridge blooms, add a small amount of glutinous rice flour and stir well.
5.
When the glutinous rice flour particles are gone, you can turn off the fire and serve the bowl.
Tips:
1. Add enough water at one time, don't add water halfway.
2. Keep stirring when adding glutinous rice flour, otherwise it will stick to the pot.
