Mung Bean Sorbet

Prepare mung beans, white sugar, milk powder, and milk.

The mung beans are cooked. For the method of cooking mung beans, please refer to the recipe of "Relieving Heat Mung Bean Soup" in my recipe. Put the cooked bean curd into the food processor.

Add the right amount of white sugar and milk powder, and you can put a little more white sugar, so the sorbet will be sweeter.

Pour in the milk, without the bean curd.

Beat the food processor into a thin paste.

After the paste is allowed to cool, pour it into a mold and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. Be sure to cool thoroughly before putting it in the mold.
7.
When eating, take it out and rinse the mold shell with cold water to better drag the mold.
