Mung Bean Syrup

Pick some of the green beans you bought, and choose the bad ones.

Wash the mung beans and soak in water.
3.
Soak until the mung bean particles are full.
4.
Put the mung beans into the pot and pour an appropriate amount of water.

Tips:
1. It is easier to boil mung beans after soaking them up.
2. If the skin comes off while cooking, remove the skin.
3. After the cooked mung bean syrup is cooled, it will taste better in the refrigerator.
