Mung Bean Tea Jelly
1.
Put a little water in the pot and don’t put too much rock sugar (white sugar is also ok). The tea leaves are boiled. I put herbal tea because my baby gets on fire.
2.
Pick up the tea leaves and pour the pre-cooked mung beans into the pot (just add water and sugar and cook the mung beans until the shell cracks)
3.
Turn the arrowroot powder with cold water
4.
Pour the cooked mung beans and tea into the plate with arrowroot powder and stir vigorously
5.
Flatten the surface and put it in a rice cooker, steam for 20 minutes, take it out, let cool, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, take it out
6.
Tastes a bit like jelly
