Mushroom and Egg Scallion Cake

Prepare eggs, shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, and wheat flour for pastry.

Mix the pastry flour with an egg and shallots, then add an appropriate amount of water and mix until a thin paste.

Then preheat the six-hole mold, and then apply a thin layer of oil to the mold.
