Mushroom and Shrimp Porridge

Rice and glutinous rice 4:1, cleaned; dried shiitake mushrooms soaked and diced; live prawns are picked off the prawns and shrimp threads; ginger is shredded; green onions and coriander are chopped.

Pour enough water in the rice cooker, add rice and ginger and cook.

After boiling, add diced shiitake mushrooms and cook for one hour.

Pour in the fresh shrimp and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add a pinch of salt, sprinkle with green onions and coriander.
Tips:
1. Cooking porridge with raw rice is better than making porridge with rice directly.
2. Use live shrimp of fresh shrimp.
