Mushroom Chicken Drumstick Soup

Chop the chicken legs into 2 sections, wash and blanch them, put them in a casserole

Soak all kinds of favorite mushrooms in salt water for ten minutes to wash

Rinse dried mushrooms with water first to wash off the mud and sand, and then soak them in 80 degree water

Pour the soaked shiitake mushrooms into the casserole together with the shiitake mushroom water
