Mushroom Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the chicken legs and wash them so that the soup will be clearer.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms, do not pour the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, pour them into the soup and cook together.

Put the chicken drumsticks, shiitake mushrooms, red dates, ginger, and green onions into the pot and pour enough water.

Turn to low heat and cook for 45 minutes.

Add the wolfberry and cook for another 5 minutes, then add salt.
Tips:
1. Don't pour the water used to soak the mushrooms. Put them together and cook the flavor more deliciously. The chicken legs can also be replaced with whole chicken or chicken bones.
2. Be sure to add enough water. Don't add water in the middle. If you make the broth, you can put it in the refrigerator to skim the oil, and then put it in the refrigerator for freezer storage.
