Mushroom Chicken Soup

Half of the old hen, get some chicken fat, wash a lot of pieces and set aside.

Shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and other mushrooms are processed, washed and set aside.

Peel the yam, wash and cut into sections, set aside.

Heat the pan, pour the chicken nuggets, and stir fry until the chicken nuggets have no moisture and the fry is slightly yellow. Add the ginger slices, stir fry a few times and pour water. Add more water to the better.

After the chicken is simmered, add mushrooms and continue to boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.

Stew until the chicken pieces are soft and rotten, and the chicken soup is fragrant, add yam and rice cakes, and bring them to a boil.

Such a full bowl of chicken soup is nutritious, warms the stomach and drives away the cold, and it doesn’t grow meat if you’re full!
Tips:
1. Chicken fat is not nutritious. Taking chicken fat can reduce fat intake.
2. Our family likes to stir-fry chicken nuggets to remove moisture, but also to reduce fat intake.
