Mushroom Chicken Soup

Chop the chicken nuggets, and cut an appropriate amount of ginger;

Soak and wash the mushrooms in advance;

Wash the red dates and remove the pit;
4.
Drain Beiqi with clean water;

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot, let the chicken nuggets and ginger under cold water, boil off the blood foam;

Put the prepared red dates, winter mushrooms (and the water for soaking the winter mushrooms), and Beiqi into the pot;
7.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook for about 1-1.5 hours before adding salt to taste and eat!
Tips:
The chicken nuggets are in a pot under cold water, which is easy to remove the blood foam, and it is more delicious to keep the original soup!
