Mushroom Fried Noodles

1. Dice mushrooms, mince ginger and shallots.

2. Heat the pot, add the minced pork and fry until white.

3. Add the bean paste, Laoganma, bean drum, ginger, green onion, and stir-fry the red oil.

4. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry to get the moisture.

5. Boil water in a pot, let the water open into the noodles, add the clear vegetables and cook them out.

6. Put the fried shiitake mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's ready.
