Tips:
1. Mushrooms taste better than shiitake mushrooms. I didn’t buy shiitake mushrooms, so I used them. It is recommended to use shiitake mushrooms here;
2. The crispy sausage is put in for the sake of beauty. If you want the crispy sausage to "flower", you need to cut it and bake it or beat it in the microwave for tens of seconds.
