Mushroom Meat Sauce

Pick the mushrooms clean, tear them apart and soak them with water, wash them and set aside.

Prepare the green onion, ginger and garlic, and chop the meat for later use.

Fry the diced meat in advance and set aside.

Put oil in the pot to heat up the scallions, ginger, garlic, and then add the mushrooms and stir fry a few times.
