Mushroom Meat Sauce

Soak and chop the mushrooms.

Heat oil to 40-50% heat, medium heat, add minced meat;

Mash the minced meat with the back of a spatula and fry until the oil blisters;

Pour mushrooms

Stir-fry until the mushrooms spit water, add ginger and garlic;
6.
Stir fry for two or three minutes, add oyster sauce;
7.
Stir fry over low heat until spitting oil, add sea pepper noodles, pepper powder, chicken essence, and white sesame seeds;
8.
Stir fry for about a minute or two, shovel into a large bowl;
9.
Let the mushroom meat sauce cool, pour it into an airtight jar and store it as much as you need.
