Mushroom Meat Sauce

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Wash the fresh shiitake mushrooms and cut into finely divided pieces.

After cutting the green onion, ginger and garlic, heat the oil and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the minced meat and shiitake mushrooms, stir fry until the minced meat changes color.

Pour the cooking wine and stir fry evenly.

Then pour in the bean paste and sweet noodle paste and stir fry until evenly colored. When the fragrant ingredients are cooked thoroughly, they can be filled into cans.
Tips:
Regarding the storage time-it can be stored in a sterilized airtight tank for about half a month.
