Mushroom meatballs with fragrant outside and tender inside~~

One bite~~

Made in a pot of meatballs~~

Also a lot less greasy~~

It's delicious to eat directly~~

Personally like it better with salad dressing~~"

Mushroom Meatballs

1. Wash and chop shiitake mushrooms; wash and mince chives;

2. Squeeze the salad dressing with lemon juice and stir well and set aside;

3. Heat oil in a pan, add shiitake mushrooms and fry until soft;

4. Add minced shiitake mushrooms to minced lean meat and mix well;

5. Then beat in the eggs, add the chopped green onions, salt, chili sauce, pepper, and flour;

6. Stir well in one direction after mixing well;

7. Heat the meatball pot, pour an appropriate amount of oil into each hole, use a small spoon or hand to make the meatballs into the pot;

8. Turn over after the bottom is golden;

9. Finally, the balls can be served after they are golden. I ate a few while it was hot, it was delicious~~~
