Mushroom Noodles

Shred oyster mushrooms and pleurotus eryngii into thin strips.

Broccoli break the florets and blanch them for later use.
3.
Slice the tomatoes and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the garlic slices.
5.
Add chopped green onion and sauté.
6.
Add oyster mushrooms and eryngii mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add tomatoes and sauté the red oil.
8.
Add the steamed eggplant.
9.
Add appropriate amount of hot water, add homemade noodles and cook.
10.
Season with salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and serve.
11.
Place blanched broccoli.
