Mushroom Oil and Gluten

Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in warm water in advance.

Cut the green pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Cut the oily gluten with a knife for later use.

The soaked shiitake mushrooms are squeezed out of water and cut into small pieces.

Add the shiitake mushrooms in a hot pan with hot oil and fry until fragrant.

Add oily gluten, add mushroom water, cover and boil, flatten the oily gluten with a spatula.

Add the sweet noodle sauce, light soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly, and simmer for three minutes.

Add green pepper cubes and a little shrimp powder, stir fry evenly.
